- Timelines depend on scope and complexity. Earthwork and site prep may take a few weeks, while full development or large-scale construction projects can span several months or more. We provide clear, realistic schedules before any work begins, so you know exactly what to expect.
- After a site assessment and consultation, we prepare a detailed, line-item estimate covering all phases of work—mobilization, labor, materials, equipment, permits, and contingencies. Our goal is transparency, so you’ll always know exactly where every dollar is going before work starts.
- We bill in clearly defined milestones—often starting with a mobilization deposit, followed by progress payments tied to specific project phases (e.g., site prep, utility installation, structural work, finishing). This ensures payment aligns with work completed, with no surprise invoices.
- Yes. For commercial or municipal jobs, we can phase work, schedule off-hours, or sequence activities to minimize disruption. On active job sites, we coordinate with all stakeholders to maintain safety, access, and efficiency.
- You’ll have direct communication with your project manager and access to progress updates, site photos, and schedule reports. For multi-phase projects, we also provide milestone reviews to confirm progress and next steps.
